The general governing body of the Institute of the Daughters of Our Lady of Fatima is responsible for providing spiritual guidance, administrative leadership, and strategic direction to the congregation.
At the head of the Institute is the Superior General, who serves as the chief spiritual and administrative leader of the congregation. She is assisted by four General Councillors, who together form the General Council. The Superior General and her Council collaborate in discernment, decision-making, and oversight of the life and mission of the Institute.
The General Council is further supported by key officers, namely the Secretary General, the Treasurer General, and the Project Coordinator, who assist in the day-to-day administration, financial stewardship, documentation, and coordination of development projects and apostolic initiatives.
All offices and ministries operate under the supervision of the Superior General and her Council, ensuring that governance, pastoral care, administration, and development activities remain faithful to the charism, constitutions, and mission of the Daughters of Our Lady of Fatima.
Through this leadership structure, the Institute promotes unity, accountability, good stewardship, and effective service in carrying out its mission within the Church and society.
